ANORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 2.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART
OF THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT:
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing permanent
zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto
and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed designation
of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning Commission for its
recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the 20th
day of August , 1981 , held a public hearing to consider the
designation of permanent zoning for the above - described property, and
has approved and recommended to the City Council on the 20th day of
August , 1981 , that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that
the above - described property be given a permanent zoning designation of
"I - Light Industrial District ; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the statutes
of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of the City of Round
Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other procedural matters have been
fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit "A ", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the same is permanently zoned
"I -1" Light Industrial District
(Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable.)
Alternative 1.
By motion duly made, seconded, and passed with an affirmative
Vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for reading this
Ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

FIELD NOTES OF 157.96 ACRES (PARCEL "B ")
FIELD NOTES describing a 157.96 acre tract or parcel of land, out of
the David Curry Survey, Abstract No. 130, situated in Williamson Coun-
ty, Texas, being comprised and consisting of all or part of the follow-
ing five (5) tracts as described and recorded in the Deed Records of
Williamson County, Texas, in the Volume and Pages shown:
1) all of that certain 8.24 acre tract conveyed to F. W. Ferrell, et
ux, by deed in Volume 426, Page 81;
2) a portion of those certain lands conveyed to S. C. Inman, Jr. by
deed in Volume 334, Page 51;
3) a portion of those certain lands conveyed to E. I. Cervenka by deed
in Volume 303, Page 121;
4) a portion of those certain lands conveyed to Edgar Hoppe by deed in
Volume 458, Page 533;
5) all of that certain 12.798 acres conveyed to Carl W. Burnette by
deed in Volume 534, Page 65; said five (5) tracts combined containing
157.96 acres, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds

BEGINNING at a point in the East right -of -way line of Chisholm Trail
Road at the Northwest corner of Patal Subdivision, as shown on a Plat
of Record in Cabinet D, Slide 209 of the Plat Records of said County,
said point being in the current North city limits of the City of Round
Rock, Texas, for the Southwest corner and POINT OF BEGINNING of the
hereinafter described 157.96 acre PARCEL "B ";
THENCE along said East right -of -way line of Chisholm Trail Road, for
the West line hereof, the following nine (9) courses:
1) N18 ° 33'55 "W, 620.00 feet to an angle point hereof;
2) N12 ° 23'30 "W, 1270.11 feet to an angle point hereof;
3) N13 ° 08'10 "W, 782.59 feet to an angle point hereof;
