AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART
OF THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT:
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing permanent
zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto
and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed designation
of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning Commission for its
recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the 18th
day of November , 19 82, held a public hearing to consider the
designation of permanent zoning for the above - described property, and
has approved and recommended to the City Council on the 18th day of
November , 19 82, that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that
the above- described property be given a permanent zoning designation of
District C -1 (Commercial) ; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the statutes
of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of the City of Round
Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other procedural matters have been
fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit "A ", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the same is permanently zoned
District C -1 (Commercial)
(Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable.)
Alternative 1.
By motion duly made, seconded, and passed with an affirmative
Vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for reading this
Ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

FIELD NOTES describing a 1.208 acre tract or parcel of land, out of the Jacob
M. Harrell Survey, Abstract 284, situated in Williamson County, Texas, being
a portion of that certain 47.83 acre "FIRST TRACT" conveyed to Austin White
Lime Company by deed recorded in Volume 428, Page 516 of the Deed Records of
Williamson County, Texas, said 1.208 acres being a strip of land twenty (20)
feet in width, being twenty (20) feet North of and parallel to the North right -
of -way line of R.M. 620, and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, being the intersection point of the South right -of -way
line of R.M. 620 and the Round Rock City Limits Line, said point being opposite
Highway Centerline Station 460 + 16, for the Southeast corner and POINT OF
BEGINNING of the hereinafter described twenty (20) foot wide strip of land;
THENCE along said North right -of -way line, for the South line hereof, the
following two (2) courses:
1) along the arc of a curve the left having elements of delta = 24 °44'49 ",
radius = 2351.83 feet, tangent = 515.94 feet, arc = 1015.79 feet, chord and
chord bearing = 1007.91 feet, S80 °49'30 "W, to a point opposite Highway Center-
line Station 450 + 37.58, for a Point of Tangency hereof;
2) S68 °27'W, 1609.00 feet to a point for the Southwest corner hereof;
THENCE departing said North right -of -way, N21 °33'W, 20.00 feet to a point,
for the Northwest corner hereof;
THENCE along a line being twenty (20) feet North of and parallel to said
North right -of -way line, for the North line hereof, the following two (2)
courses:
1) N58 °27'E, 1609.00 feet to a Point of Curvature hereof;
2) along the arc of a curve to the right having elements of delta = 24 °50'21 ",
radius = 2371.83 feet, tangent = 522.33 feet, arc = 1028.24 feet, chord and
chord bearing = 1020.21 feet, N80 °52'E to a point in said Round Rock City
limits line, for the Northeast corner hereof;
THENCE along said city limits line, for the East line hereof S14 °00'W, 20.36 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract of land containing
1.208 acres more or less.
