TO ALLINTERESTED PARTIES: Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on October 27, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. by the City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing. The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by SEC Planning, LLC, on behalf of the property owner, RCG Cade Lake, LLC, for the annexation and Amendment No. 1 to Planned Unit Development (PUD) No. 134 (Cade Lake PUD) to add 3.12 acres of land to the PUD. The PUD will designate the 3.12 acres for residential land use in the Round Rock 2030 Comprehensive Plan. The City Council may approve, modify, or deny this application.
