AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART
OF THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT:
June
, 19 , held a public hearing to consider the
designation of permanent zoning for the above - described property, and
has approved and recommended to the City Council on the 16 thday of
June , 19 83, that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that
the above - described property be given a permanent zoning designation of
District R -2 (Moderate Density Residential) ; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the statutes
of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of the City of Round
Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other procedural matters have been
fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit "A ", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the same is permanently zoned
District R -2 (Moderate Density Residential)

A -130 conveyed in Volume 566, Page 178, of Deed Records of
Williamson County, Texas, being more fully described as a
portion of a 50 acre tract and
BEGINNING at a stake in the north line of Bowman Avenue
from which the southwest corner of the 50 acre tract bears
south 70 30' west 358 feet;
THENCE north 17 44' west 1354.0 feet to an iron stake for
a corner;
THENCE north 74 18' east 324.2 feet to an iron stake for
a corner;
THENCE south 17° 44' east 1332.5 feet to an iron stake in
the north line of Bowman Avenue;
THENCE south 70° 30' west 324.2 feet along the north line
