This letter will serve as the proposal for ATRruM REAL ESTATE SERVICES to perform value estimates on the below referenced properties. Purpose of the Assignment (Scope of Work) The purpose of the appraisals will be to estimate the market value of the fee simple interest In the below referenced properties as well as the recommended compensation of the proposed acquisitions. Legal requires Atrium's services to help acquire the necessary easements to complete construction of the Sam Bass 42-inch Water Transmission Line project. The original proposal; however, did not account for updates, testimony, or condemnation phase work. This revised proposal is for litigation phase appraisal and expert testimony services. The proposal also includes authorization of hourly fees for litigation support and testimony by Atrium to be billed as necessary. The hourly fee is $250 with a not -to -exceed amount of $50,000.
