O-83-1045 - 10/13/1983AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART
OF THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT:
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing permanent
zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto
and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed designation
of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning Commission for its
recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the 6th
day of — Octnbar , 1963 , held a public hearing to consider the
designation of permanent zoning for the above - described property, and
has approved and recommended to the City Council on the 6th day of
October , 19 83 , that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that
the above- described property be given a permanent zoning designation of
District C -2 (Industrial)

WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the statutes
of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of the City of Round
Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other procedural matters have been
fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City of
Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit "A ", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the same is permanently zoned
District C -2 (Industrial)
(Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable.)
Alternative 1.
By motion duly made, seconded, and passed with an affirmative
vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for reading this
ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

FIELD NOTES FOR 7.58 ACRES
FIELD NOTES describing a 7.58 acre tract or parcel of land out of the David
Curry Survey, Abstract No. 130, situated in Williamson County, Texas, being a
portion of that certain 113.624 acres conveyed to Provident Development Company
by deed recorded in Volume 930, Page 850 of the Deed Records of said County,
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at an iron pin found, being the Southwest corner of said
113.624 acres; thence along the West line of said 113.624 acres, the following
two (2) courses:
1) N19 ° 45'W, 908.70 feet to an iron pin found;
2) N19'43'20 "W, 96.25 feet to a point, being the Southwest corner and POINT OF
BEGINNING of the hereinafter described 7.58 acres;
THENCE along the West line of said 113.624 acres, being the West line hereof,
the following two (2) courses:
1) N19'43'209W, 364.06 feet to an iron pin found, being an angle point hereof;
2) N19 "W, 133.49 feet to a point, being the Northwest corner hereof;
THENCE along the North line hereof, N71 ° 00'E, 677.36 feet to a point, being a
Point of Curvature and the Northeast corner hereof;
THENCE along the East line hereof, the following three (3) courses:

radius = 640.00 feet, arc = 123.55 feet, tangent = 61.97 feet, chord bearing and
chord = S13 ° 28'10 "E, 123.36 feet to a Point of Tangency hereof;

3) along the arc of a curve to the left having elements of delta = 5'11'31 °,
radius = 440.00 feet, arc = 39.87 feet, tangent = 19.95 feet, chord bearing and
chord = 521 ° 35'45 "E, 39.86 feet to a Point of Tangency hereof, being the South-
east corner hereof;
THENCE along the South line hereof, S71 661.35 feet to the POINT OF BEGIN-
NING of the herein described tract of land containing 7.58 acres of land more or
less.
