O-83-809A - 6/23/1983TEXAS AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 809 TO ADD THE APPROVED SERVICE PLAN. WHEREAS, the Council previously adopted Ordinance No. 809 which provided for the annexation of 94.40 acres, more or less, and WHEREAS, in accordance with statutory law and as part of the annexation process, the Council approved and adopted a plan for providing municipal services to the area, and WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make the service plan a part of the original annexation ordinance, Now Therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, I. That Ordinance No. 809 is hereby amended by adding the previously approved Service Plan to said Ordinance, a copy of said Service Plan being attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", and incorporated herein for all purposes. Capital improvements sufficient for providing municipal services for the subject tract are in place such that the cost associated with the extension of service lines to proposed building sites within the tract will be borne by the owner and /or developer.
