AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART OF
THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT: 9.700 ACRES AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT
"A ".
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing
permanent zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed
designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning
Commission for its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the 5th
day of January, 1984, held a public hearing to consider the
designation of permanent zoning for the above - described property,
and has approved and recommended to the City Council on the 5th
day of January, 1984, that the Official Zoning Map be amended so
that the above - described property be given a permanent zoning
designation, which recommendation has been duly received and
considered by the Council; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the
statutes of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other
procedural matters have been fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City
of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the
same is permanently zoned District R -1 (Low Density Residential).

By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative
vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for
reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

'BEGINNING at a concrete monument found, also being the Northeast
corner of that certain 62.64 acre tract of land as described in a deed
to George E. Blessing, recorded in Volume 681, Page 160, of the Deed
Records of Williamson County, Texas, for the Southeast corner of the
subject 9.700 acre tract;
THENCE, S 55 °14' W, with the South line of the subject tract, being
the North line of the Blessing tract, a distance of 824.15 feet to a
point for the Southwest corner;
THENCE, N 40 °44' W, a distance of 499.52 feet to a point for the
Northwest corner of said 9.700 acre tract, being in the center line of
Chisholm Valley Drive;

THENCE, a distance of 234.80 feet along a curve to the right of radius
400 feet, N 66 ° 05' E, a chord distance of 231.45 feet to a point of
tangency;
THENCE, N 82 ° 54' E, a distance of 291.29 feet with the center line of
Chisholm Valley Drive to a point of curvature;
THENCE, a distance of 95.18 feet along a curve to the left of radius
400 feet, N 76 ° 05' E, a chord distance of 94.95 feet to a point of
tangency;
THENCE, with the center line of Chisholm Valley Drive, N69 E, a
distance of 28.60 feet to a point in the East line of said Westwind
subdivision, being the West line of Chisholm Valley West, Section One,
as recorded in Cabinet C, Slide 255, of the Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas;
THENCE, S 20 ° 44' E, a distance of 150.09 feet to an iron pin found at
the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block F, Chisholm Valley West, Section

THENCE, S 21 ° 08' E, continuing with the East line of said Westwind
subdivision, a distance of 173.27 feet to a concrete monument found,
being the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 9.700 acres of land, more
