AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART OF
THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT: 2.938 ACRES AS DESCRIBED IN
EXHIBIT "A ".
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing
permanent zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed
designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning
Commission for its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the
21st day of June , 19 84 , held a public hearing
to consider the designation of permanent zoning for the
above - described property, and has approved and recommended to the
City Council on the 16th day of August , 19 84
that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that the
above - described property be given a permanent zoning designation,
of District R -20 (High Density Residential) ; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the
statutes of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other
procedural matters have been fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City
of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the
same is permanently zoned District R -20 (High Density Residential).

vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for
reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

BEING 2.938 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF THE P.A. HOLDER SURVEY, A -297, IN
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING A PORTION OF THAT TRACT OF LAND
DESCRIBED AS TRACT "B" CONVEYED TO SOUTH CREEK JOINT VENTURE BY DEED
RECORDED IN VOLUME 781. PAGE 5, WILLIAMSON COUNTY DEED RECORDS, SAID
2.938 ACRES OF LAND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND
BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the northwest corner of said Tract
"8 ", for the northwest corner hereof;
THENCE with the north line of said Tract "B ", S89 ° 29`16 "E, 622.01 feet
to an iron rod found at the northeast corner of said Tract "B ", for the
northeast corner hereof;
THENCE with the east line of said Tract "B ". the following two(2)
courses and distances:
(1) S15 ° 14'49 "W. 145.46 feet to an iron rod found;
and (2) 68.41 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, having a
radius of 761.35 feet and a chord which bears S12 °40'22 "W, 68.39 feet
to an iron rod set, for the southeast corner hereof;
THENCE leaving the said east line, over and across the said Tract "B ",
N89 ° 29'16 "W, 613.79 feet to an iron rod set on the west line of Tract
"B ", for the southwest corner hereof;
THENCE with the said west line. N12 °15'55 "E, 211.98 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING, containing 2.938 acres(127976 sq.ft.) of land more or
