AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING NAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART OF
THE OFFICIAL NAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNCXED
PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A ".
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing
permanent zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed
designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and zoning
Commission for its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the
19 th day of July , 19 84 , held a public hearing
to consider the designation of permanent zoning for the
above- described property, and has approved and recommended to the
City Council on the ?6th day of ^ July 19 84 _ ,
that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that the
above - described property be given a permanent zoning designation,
of District R -6 (Low Density Residential) ; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the
statutes of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other
procedural matters have been fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City
of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the
same is permanently zoned District R -6 (Low Density Residential)
(Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable)
Alternative 1.
By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative
' vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for
reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

FIELD NOTES FOR 26.053 ACRES OF LAND
All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in the David Curry
Survey, Abs No. 130, Williamson County, .Texas, being a portion
of that certain called 35.265 acre tract conveyed to Tonkawa Springs,
Inc, etal by Daisy Dell Fulkes Metcalfe, et vir, by Deed of record
in Volume 694, Page 152, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas,
and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a 1" iron rod found in the West right -of -way line of
the International & Great Northern Railroad Company as described in
Volume 36, Page 587, Deed Records of said County, same being the North-
east corner of the above mentioned 35.265 acre tract;
THENCE: S71 °07'00 "W, 530.64 feet along the North line of the said 35.265
acre tract to the POINT OF BEGINNING and the Northeast corner of the
herein described tract of land;
THENCE: S20 °06'57 "E, 558.65 feet to a point- ip the South line of the
said 35.265 acre tract for the Southeast corner! of the herein described
tract;
THENCE: S71 °07'05 "W, 1904.46 feet along the South line of the said
35.265 acre tract to a point for the Southwer corner of the herein
described tract;
THENCE: N44 °26'44 "W, 619.07' to a point in the! North line of the said
35.265 acre tract for the Northwest corner pf the herein described
