AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART OF
THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT: 1.70 ACRES AS DESCRIBED IN
EXHIBIT "A ".
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing
permanent zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed
designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning
Commission for its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the
6th day of December , 19 84 , held a public hearing
to consider the designation of permanent zoning for the
above - described property, and has approved and recommended to the
City Council on the 6th day of December , 19 84

that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that the
above - described property be given a permanent zoning designation,
of District C -1 (Commercial) ; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the
statutes of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other
procedural matters have been fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City
of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the
same is permanently zoned District C - (Commercial)
(Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable)
Alternative 3.
By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative
vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for
reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

FIELD NOTES FOR 1.70 ACRES
FIELD NOTES describing a 1.70 acre tract or parcel of land out of the P.A.
Holder Survey, Abstract No. 297, situated in the City of Round Rock,
Williamson County, Texas, being a portion of that certain 6.66 acres
conveyed to Y.M. Kimbro by deed recorded in Volume 553, Page 50, of the
Deed Records of said County, being more particularly described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the east right -of -way line of F.M. 1460, being the
most northerly corner of said 6.66 acres, being the most northerly corner
and POINT OF BEGINNING of the hereinafter described 1.70 acres;
THENCE along the east line of said 6.66 acres, being the East line hereof,
S00 °20'E, 570.11 feet to the southeast corner hereof;
THENCE along the south line hereof, S81 °41'W, 262.74 feet to a point in
said east right -of -way line, being the southwest corner hereof;
THENCE along said east right -of -way line, being the west line hereof,
N22 °53'E, 660.05 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described
