AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART OF
THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT: 28.969 ACRES AS DESCRIBED IN
EXHIBIT "A ".
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing
permanent zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed
designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning
Commission for its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the
, 19 85 , held a public hearing
to consider the designation of permanent zoning for the
above - described property, and has approved and recommended to the
City Council on the 7th day of February
, 19 85 ,
that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that the
above - described property be given a permanent zoning designation,
of District R -12 (Moderate Density Residential) ; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the
statutes of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other
procedural matters have been fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City
of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the
same is permanently zoned District R -12 (Moderate Density Residential)
(Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable)

By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative
vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for
reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

All that certain tract or parcel of land situated in the N. B.
Anderson Survey A -29, Williamson County, Texas, being a portion
of that certain called 31.76 acre tract conveyed to Continental
Diversified Investments, Inc., by Warren L. Weidler, et ux, as
described in Exchange Warranty Deed of record in Volume 1079,
Page 3 -4, same also being all of that certain called 2.0 acre
tract conveyed to Continental Diversified Investments, Inc., by
Warren L. Weidler, et ux, as described in Warranty Deed with Vendor's
Lien of record in Volume 1079, Page 6 -7, both aforementioned tracts
being the same as that certain called 33.76 acre tract as described
in Contract of Sale and Purchase to Warren L. Weidler from the
Veterans Land Board of Texas of record in Volume 528, Page 724,
and also being a portion of that certain tract conveyed to the
Texas Veterans Land Board by Deed dated December 18, 1961, and
of "record in Volume 448, page 535, all of the aforementioned docu-
ments being of record in Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas,
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 3" iron rod set on the East line of County Road No. 115, said iron rod being S18 °18'04 "E,
319.25 feet along the East line of the said County Road No. 115 from the Northwest corner of the
above mentioned called 31.76 acre tract from which the Northeast corner of the David Curry Survey,
A -130, same being the Southeast corner of the E. Evans Survey, A -212, same also being on the West
line of the said N. B. Anderson Survey bears N25 °26'W, 324.7 feet;
THENCE, N71 °41'56 "E, 20.00 feet to a 1" iron rod set for the beginning of a curve concave to the
northeast;
THENCE, in a southeasterly direction with the above mentioned curve having a radius of 20.00 feet,
a central angle of 91 °37'22 ", an arc length of 31.98 feet, and a chord of S64 °06'45 "E, 28.68 feet
to a i" iron rod set for the ending of said curve;
THENCE, N70 ° 04'33 "E, 239.69 feet to a }" iron rod set for an interior corner hereof;

southeast;
