AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART OF
THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT: 12.483 ACRES AS DESCRIBED IN
EXHIBIT "A ".
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing
permanent zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed
designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning
Commission for its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the
7th day of March , 1985 , held a public hearing
to consider the designation of permanent zoning for the
above - described property, and has approved and recommended to the
City Council on the 7 th day of March , 19 85
that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that the
above-described property be given a permanent zoning designation,
f District R -20 (High Density Residential)
; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the
statutes of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of
the City of,Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other
procedural matters have been fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City
of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit
"A ",, attached 'hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the
same is permanently zoned District R -20 (High Density Residential) .

THE OAKLANDS, TRACT C
FIELD NOTES describing a 12.483 acre tract of land out of the J. M. Harrell
Survey, Abstract No. 284, situated in Williamson County, Texas, being a
portion of that certain tract called 132.808 acres recorded in Volume 1004,
page 422, of Williamson County Deed Records, Williamson County, Texas being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing for reference at an iron pin found in the North right -of -way line
of R.M. 620 Highway, same being Southwest corner of that certain 47.83 acre
"First Tract" as described in Volum 717, Page 403 of Williamson County Deed
Records, Williamson County, Texas, being Southeast corner of that certain
15.00 acre tract as described in Volume 871, Page 888, of Williamson County
Deed Records, Williamson County, Texas;
Thence, North 67 °44'25 ", 425.74 feet along a North right -of -way line of R.M.
620 highway to intersection with the Westerly right -of -way line of a

curve to the left and an iron pin set;
Thence, 115.56 feet along an arc of said curve to the left, having a radius
of 340.00 feet, a central angle of 19 °28'26" and a bearing chord of North
73 °49'23" East, 115.00 feet to the beginning of a reversed curve to the
right and to an iron pin set; -
Thence, 245.28 feet along an arc of said curve to the right, having a radius
of 340.00 feet, a central angle of 41 ° 20'02" and a bearing chord and a
distance of North 84 °45'11" East, 240.00 feet to an iron pin set;
Thence, South 74 °34'48" East, 123.57 feet to an iron pin set in the Westerly
right -of -way line of proposed street (80 feet wide) for corner;
Thence, along West right -of -way line of said proposed street following three
(3) courses: -

beginning of a tangent curve to the left;
