In order to achieve HUD's goal of providing a safe, suitable living environment, an Environmental Review Record (ERR) is rel
to be conducted for every project that is funded with federal funds. The City Manager is the Certifying Officer for any project
funded with federal funds that are located within the City limits of the Responsible Entity (Round Rock) regardless of the ager
receiving funds. The Round Rock Housing Authority has received Capital Fund Grant #CFP TX59P32250122 from HUD that
be used for management improvements and operations to include staff training and to update policies and procedures as wel
to pay for operations that include administrative expenses, utilities, maintenance materials, tenant services and other general
expenses. The Environmental Review Record (ERR) is a written record of the environmental review undertaken for each pro
and shall be available for public review and must contain all of the recommended formats. The Round Rock Housing Authori
