AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART OF
THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT: 27.911 ACRES AS DESCRIBED IN
EXHIBIT "A ".
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing
permanent zoning of newly'annexed property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed
designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning
Commission for its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the
20th day of June , 19 85 , held a public hearing
to consider the designation of permanent zoning for the
above - described property, and has approved and recommended to the
day of June
that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that the
above- described property be given a permanent zoning designation,
of District R -12 (Moderate Density Residential)

WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the
statutes of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings,'and other
procedural matters have been fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City
of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the
same is permanently zoned District R -12 (Moderate Density Residential)
(Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable)

By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an, affirmative
vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for
reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

Field notes for a 27.911 acre tract of land out of the N. B. Anderson
Survey, Abstract No. 29, in Williamson County, Texas and being a part of a
68.17 acre tract of land conveyed to R.L. Matz, Trustee by deed recorded
in Volume 1100 Page 656 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas
• and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin found in the occupied Southeast corner of the
above mentioned 68.17 acre tract for the Southeast corner of this tract.
THENCE S 71° 05' 40" W with the South line of the said 68.17 acre tract
1782.62 feet to the Southwest corner of this tract.
THENCE N 17° 28' 47" W 116.73 feet to an angle point.
THENCE N 18° 40' 38" W 272.54 feet to an angle point.

bears N 84° 46' 16" E 91.66 feet to the PT of the said curve.
. THENCE N 74° 13' 11" E 185.00 feet to a point on the Northeast line of
the said 68.17 acre tract for an ell corner of this tract.
THENCE S 15° 46' 49" E 389.44 feet to an iron pin found in an ell corner
of the said 69.17 acre tract for an ell corner of this tract.
THENCE N 79° 51' 36" E 847.88 feet to an iron pin found in an ell corner
of the said 68.17 acre tract for the Northeast corner of this tract.
THENCE S 02° 33' 16" E 334.46 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing
27.911 acres of land more or less.
