AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART OF
THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT• 3.02 ACRES AS DESCRIBED IN
EXHIBIT "A ".
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing
permanent zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed
designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning
Commission for its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the
17th day of July , 19 86 , held a public hearing
to consider the designation of permanent zoning for the
above - described property, and has approved and recommended to the
City Council on the 22nd day of July , 19 86 ,
that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that the
above- described property be given a permanent zoning designation,
of District I - 1 (General Industrial ; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the
statutes of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other
procedural matters have been fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City
of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the
same is permanently zoned District I -1 (General Industrial)

By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative
vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for
reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

CROUCH TRACT
FIELD NOTES describing a 3.02 acre tract or parcel of land out of the
David Curry Survey, Abstract No. 130, situated in Williamson County,
Texas, conveyed to Robert L. Crouch by deed recorded in Volume 553,
Page 115 of the Deed Records of Williamson County and being more fully
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Starting at the northeast corner of the David Curry Survey, A -130,
THENCE S 17 27'E, 2230.6' to the northeast corner of the Commerce Park
Subdivision Section One, being a portion of two tracts of land as conveyed
to Roane H. Pruett and H.J. Rosser, as recorded in Volume 479 Page 360,
Deed Records, Williamson County, Texas and 28.268 acres of land out of the
said David Curry Survey being a part of that certian tract of land conveyed
to Thomas R. Joseph, Jr. to Roane H. Pruett, et al, by deed recorded in
Volume 479 Page 360; and total being 75.47 acres,
