AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E.(2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A PART OF
THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO -WIT• 175.10 ACRES AS DESCRIBED IN
EXHIBIT "A ".
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Council of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing
permanent zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed
designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning
Commission for its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the
17th d ay of July , 19 86 , held a public hearing
to consider the designation of permanent zoning for the
above - described property, and has approved and recommended to the
City Council on the 22nd day of July , 1986 ,
that the Official Zoning Map be amended so that the
above - described property be given a permanent zoning designation,
of District I -1 (General Industrial) ; and
WHEREAS, each and every requirement set forth in the
statutes of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and other
procedural matters have been fully complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT: .
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the City
of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be and the
same is permanently zoned District I -1 (General Industrial)
(Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable)

By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative
vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for
reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

WESTINGHOUSE
FIELD NOTES describing two tracts of land, 175.10 acres belonging to
the Westinghouse Electric Corporation and 13.00 acres belonging to the
City of Round Rock, both being out of the E. Evans Survey, Abstract No.
212 in Williamson County Texas and being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows:
WESTINGHOUSE
BEGINNING at a concrete monument found in the western frontage road right -
of -way of Interstate Highway 35 along the Rabbit Hill underpass being the
northeast corner and POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE along the east line a cord distance of 364.96 feet along a curve
with bearing S11° 40'13 "E, Arc 366.47 feet and Radius 1095.90 feet to a
concrete monument and angle point;
THENCE along the east line S2 05'23 "E 2047.13 feet to a concrete monument
and angle point;
THENCE along a curve with bearing S03 °47'00 "W, cord length 380.7 feet, Arc
381.30 and Radius 1859.90 to a concrete monument;
THENCE along a curve with bearing S06° 53'30 "W, cord bearing 281.40, Arc
281.5 and Radius 2914.8 to an angle point;
THENCE along a curve with bearing S01° 15'20 "W, cord length 291.68, ARC
291.8 and Radius 2914.8 to a concrete monument being the southeast corner
of said 175.1 acre tract;
THENCE along the south line S89 09'24 "W 2509.98 feet to a concrete monument
being the southwest corner;
THENCE along the western line NO0° 50'36 "W 2604.97 feet to a concrete
monument being the northwest corner;
THENCE along the north line N72 17'54 "E 2588.39 feet to a concrete monument
being the POINT OF BEGINNING and northeast corner of the herein described
tract of land containing 175.10 acres of land more or less.
ROUND ROCK WATER PLANT
FIELD NOTES describing a 13.000 acre tract or parcel of land situated in •
the Ephraim Evans Survey, Abstract No. 212, Williamson County, Texas, also
being upon that certain 1474.684 acre tract of land conveyed to Westinghouse
Electric Corporation by deed recorded in Volume 537, Page 93 of the Deed
Records of said County and being more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at an iron pin found in the fenced West right -of -way
line of the Georgetown Railroad, said point being the Northeast corner of
said 1474.684 acres; thence along said West right -of -way line S06° 46'W 420.80
feet to an iron pin set for the Northeast corner and POINT OF BEGINNING of
the hereinafter described 13.000 acre tract of land;
THENCE along said West right -of -way line, being the East line of said
1474.684 acre tract, for the East line hereof, S06° 46'20 "W 716.46 feet
to an iron pin found, being the Southeast corner hereof;
THENCE along the South line hereof, S72° 17'54 "W 720.00 feet to an iron
pin set for the Southwest corner hereof;
THENCE along the West line hereof, N17° 42'W, 1016.82 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract of land containing
13.000 acres of land more or less.
