D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
D.1 Consider_approval of the minutes for the May 4, 2022, CIAC meeting.
E. PRESENTATIONS:
E.1 Consider a presentation from the Utilities and Environmental Services Department, review the
draft report, and consider a recommendation to Council regarding land use, Capital
Improvement Proiects (CIP), and maximum Capital Recovery Fees.
E.2 Consider a presentation from the Transportation Department and recommend approval of the
Semi-Annual Report to City Council with respect to the progress of the Roadway Impact Fee
Capital Improvements Plan and identification of any perceived inequities in implementing the
plan or imposing the impact fee.
E.3 Consider a presentation, provide comments, and consider a recommendation to the City Council
regarding a Roadway Impact Fee Study Update.

In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee for
the City of Round Rock reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of
