That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by TEXAS DISTRICT OF THE LUTHERAN CHURCH — MISSOURI
SYNOD, a Texas non-profit corporation, whose address is 7900 E. Highway 290, Austin, Texas 78724, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and
DISCHARGE a portion of the Shared Access Drive Easement recorded as Document No. 2016030429 of
the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, encumbering the below -described property, to -
wit:
Being a 0.144 acre or 6,270 square foot tract of land situated in the Abel L. Eaves Survey,
Abstract No. 215, in Williamson County, Texas, being out of Lot 4, Block C, University
Village North Section 3, a subdivision according to the plat recorded in Document No.
2019044315 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, conveyed to
Texas District of the Lutheran Church — Missouri Synod, recorded in Document No.
2021114950 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, and being a
portion of an access easement conveyed to the City of Round Rock, Recorded in Document
No. 2016030429 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas; said 0.144
acre tract of land being more fully described by Metes and Bounds and sketch attached
hereto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said portion of the easement to the
extent Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which easement is partially terminated by abandonment,
termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further
effect, whether legal or equitable.

This is a release of an existing access easement that was dedicated on this property prior to development
of the lot. A new access easement was dedicated that replaces this one and follows the actual alignment of
the drive constructed with the development of the property and meets cross -access requirements as
defined by Code.
