O-87-1247 - 8/27/1987ORDINANCE NO. /J1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11, SEC 3, G.1 CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS; AMENDING REGULATIONS REGARDING LOT AREA FOR SF -2 CONDITIONAL USES ; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS: That Chapter 11, Section 3, G.1, (3) b) of the Code of Ordinances, City of Round Rock, Texas is hereby amended to read as follows: b. Lots with areas less than 6500 square feet but greater than or equal to 5000 square feet are permitted subject to the approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission provided that the average single family lot area within the entire subdivision, contained in the preliminary plat, is a minimum of 6500 square feet. Calculations for averaging shall not include areas within a 100 year flood plain. II. This Ordinance shall be effective on the date of passage. 111. A. All Ordinances, parts of Ordinances, or Resolutions in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. B. The invalidity of any section or provision of this Ordinance shall not invalidate other sections or provisions thereof. (Mark through the following alternative that is not applicable) Alternative 1.
