WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Round Rock, Texas on
July 24, 1986, enacted Ordinance No. 889 which annexed certain
territory; and
WHEREAS, the field notes describing the territory to be
annexed were incorrect; and
WHEREAS, the field notes attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
properly describs the property annexed; NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,
TEXAS
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 889 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING THE CORRECT LEGAL
DESCRIPTION TO BE ATTACHED TO SAID ORDINANCE
NO. 889.
I.
That Ordinance No. 889 be and the same is hereby amended
by deleting the field notes attached thereto and substituting
the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".
II.
That Ordinance No. 889 in all other aspects be and is
hereby approved and ratified.
(Mark through the following that is not applicable)
Alternative 1.
By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative
vote of all Councilmembers present, the requirement for reading
this Ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

belonging to the Westinghouse Electric Corporation, being out of the
E. Evans Survey, Abstract No. 212 in Williamson County Texas and
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument found in the western frontage road
right -of -way of Interstate Highway 35 along the Rabbit Hill underpass
being the northeast corner and POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE along the east line a cord distance of 364.96 feet along a curve
with baring S 11° 40' 13" E, Arc 366.47 feet and Radius 1095.90 feet
to a concrete monument and angle point;
