AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP PASSED
AND ADOPTED IN CHAPTER 11, SECTION 3.E. (2) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, ADDING TO
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND MAKING THIS ADDITION A
PART OF THE OFFICIAL MAP BY ADDING CERTAIN NEWLY
ANNEXED PROPERTY TO -WIT: 14.506 ACRES
AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A ".
WHEREAS, a recommendation has been made to the City Council
of the City of Round Rock, Texas, for the purpose of providing
permanent zoning of newly annexed property described in Exhibit
"A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has submitted the proposed
designation of permanent zoning to the City Planning and Zoning
Commission for its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission on the
17th day of December , 19 87 , held a public hearing
to consider the designation of permanent zoning for the above
described property, and has approved and recommended to the
City Council on the 17thday of December , 19 87 , that
the Official Zoning Map be amended so that the above described
property be given a permanent zoning designation, of MF (Multi -
Family Residential) ; and
WHEREAS, each and e'iery requirement set forth in the
statutes of the State of Texas and in the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Round Rock, concerning notices, hearings, and
other procedural matters have been fully complied with;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, THAT:
An addition be made to the Official Zoning Map of the
City of Round Rock, Texas, so that the property described
in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall
be and the same is permanently zoned MF (Multi - Family Residential)

that is not applicable)

By motion duly made, seconded and passed with an affirmative
vote of all the Council members present, the requirement for
reading this ordinance on two separate days was dispensed with.

DESCRIPTION, from record information, of 14.506 acres of land
situated in the Prior A. Holder Survey, Abstract No. 297, Williamson County,
Texas, being out of and part of that 352.247 acre tract conveyed to Northeast
Development, Inc., by deed of record in Volume 1572, Page 608 of the
Williamson County Deed Records; the said 14.506 acres being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the existing north line of Gattis School
Road (right -of -way varies), same being the south line of the said 352.247 acre
tract; from which POINT OF BEGINNING, the most southerly, southwest corner of
the said 352.247 acre tract, same being the southeast corner of that 2.0 acre
tract conveyed to Larry W. Dommel by deed of record in Volume 675, Page 468 of
the said Deed Records bears S 88° 08' 13" W, 293.28 feet;
THENCE, leaving the north line of said Gattis School Road,
continuing across the said 352.247 acre tract, the following five (5) courses
and distances:
1) N 01° 51' 47" W, 285.32 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to
the right;
2) along the said curve to the right, having a radius of 585.00 feet, a
central angle of 37 10' 25 ", a chord of 372.93 feet (chord bears N
16 43' 26" E), for an arc distance of 379.55 feet to a point of
non - tangency;
3) S 53 51' 47" E, 241.69 feet to a point;
4) N 88 08' 13" E, 942.48 feet to a point;

1251.81 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 14.506 acres (631,860'
square feet) of land area within these metes and bounds.
