STORMWATER: EXHIBIT "B" June 19, 1989 Franklin 582 Tract The City of Round Rock, Texas will provide for the extension of municipal services into the territory to be annexed in compliance with Chapter 43, Subchapter C. - Annexation Procedure, of Vernon's Texas Codes Annotated, 1988, and in accordance with the following schedule: Water service is to be provided under an agreement with the developer through an extension of the Gattis School Road water line. 2.) WASTEWATER SERVICE: Wastewater service is to be provided through an agreement with the developer. Provided immediately upon annexation. No additional staff required to serve existing development. 4.) POLICE PROTECTION: Provided immediately upon annexation. No additional staff required to serve existing development. MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING PUBLIC FACILITIES: Not applicable. • Not applicable. Not applicable. Not applicable. 7.) CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED: Solid waste collection provided twice a week by a private contractor currently retained by the City of Round Rock. NA. Water and wastewater to be provided under an agreement with the developer owner. NA. NA. Municipal services shall be provided to a level equivalent to similar land uses throughout the City of Round Rock. All required capital improvements shall be extended to a point accessible by the annexed tract. All line extensions to on -site buildings shall be borne by the owner /developer. Consider an ordinance annexing the Franklin Tract. (Second Reading) STAFF RESOURCE PERSON: Joe Vining STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval This ordinance will annex the 582 acre Franklin Tract located on the east side of County Road 122 approximately 5070 feet north of Gattis School Road. The tract is proposed to be developed into an 18 hole golf course and mixed residential development.
