In order to update the Master Agreement between the partner cities of the Brushy Creek Regional
Wastewater System (BCRWWS) to include Leander in the ownership capacity of the system, a real estate
and commercial property appraisal is needed. The appraisal will determine the fair market value of the real
property at the East Regional and West Regional Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), and the market
value of the Administration Building at the East Regional WWTP. Leander will have paid their share of the
treatment facilities by way of their contribution to the East Regional WWTP Expansion Project, and will
have to pay their proportionate share of the real estate and Administration Building to complete their
buy -in percentage. Leander will own 4.23% of the treatment plant and land at the completion of this
Master Agreement update.
Cost: $14,000
