C.CITIZEN COMMUNICATION:
Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may
do so after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in
length. Any comments regarding items not on the posted agenda may not be discussed or responded to
by the Transportation and Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors ("Board"). The
President of the Board may deny any presenter the opportunity to address the Board if the presentation
or comments offered is substantially repetitive of those previous made, per §2-26(b)(d), of the Round
Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition.

E.1 2015-2301 Consider a presentation and update from the Round Rock Chamber of
Commerce.
E.2 2015-2273 Consider a presentation regarding the quarterly Transportation Capital
Improvement Program (TCIP) update.
F.PUBLIC HEARINGS:
F.1 2015-2276 Consider public testimony regarding the proposed amendment to the
Transportation Capital Improvement Program (TCIP) to adjust funding for
future projects

H.ADJOURNMENT
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Round Rock Transportation and Economic
Development Corporation reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the
course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government
