That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor" ), with mailing address of 221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by SCOTT FELDER HOMES, LLC, a Texas limited liability company,
whose address is 6414 River Place Boulevard, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 79730, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of
a Wastewater Easement recorded as Document No. 2021004939 of the Official Public Records of
Williamson County, Texas, encumbering the below -described property, to -wit:
Being 233 square feet of land out of the Henry Millard Survey, Abstract No. 452, in
Williamson County, Texas, and being a portion of the remainder of a called 63.874 acre
tract conveyed to Scott Felder Homes, LLC., in Document Number 2020129151,
Official Public Records, Williamson County, Texas; said 233 square feet being
more fully described by metes and bounds and shown by sketch in Exhibit "A,"
incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the portion of the described said easement to the
extent Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which portion of said easement is terminated by abandonment,
termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which easement will be of no further effect, whether
legal or equitable.
IN WITNESS REOF, the City o Round Rock, Texas has caused this instrument to be

This is partial release of an existing City waste water easement due to the utility being relocated during
construction. A new easement that encompasses the utility in the new location has already been dedicated
to the City within the University Heights Phase 10 project. The City Utilities Director is agreeable to this
release.
