This Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to "City of Round Rock Agreement for Purchase of
Chevrolet Vehicles," hereinafter called the "Supplemental Agreement No. 1," is made by and
between the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a Texas home-rule municipality, whose offices
are located at 221 East Main Street, Round Rock, Texas 78664-5299, hereinafter called "City,"
and LAKE COUNTRY CHEVROLET, whose offices are located at 1211 US Highway 96
North, Silsbee, Texas 77656, hereinafter called"Vendor."
WHEREAS, City and Vendor executed an "Agreement for the Purchase of Chevrolet
Vehicles" on November 3, 2022 by Resolution No. R-2022-367; and
WHEREAS, Vendor is an approved TIPS USA Cooperative Vendor through TIPS USA
Cooperative Contract No. 210907, and City is a member of the TIPS USA Cooperative
Purchasing Program; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement states that the total amount of costs to be paid to Vendor
shall not exceed $1,000,000.00 for the term of the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to increase the Contract Amount by an additional
$3,000,000.00 as set forth herein;
NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, and in consideration of the mutual promises
and obligations in the Agreement and this Supplemental Agreement No. 1, the City and Vendor
agree as follows:
I.
Section 5.01 Crests is amended to read as follows:
B. The City is authorized to pay the Vendor an amount not-to-exceed Four Million
and No/100 Dollars ($4,000,000.00) for the term of this Agreement.

II.
This Supplemental Agreement No. 1 shall extend the original Agreement as to costs only
as set forth herein, with no other changes in terms or conditions of the original Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Vendor have executed this Supplemental
Agreement No. 1 to be effective as of the last date of due execution by both parties.
