DATE: May 15, 2003
SUBJECT: City Council Meeting — May 22, 2003
ITEM: 10.F.1. Consider an ordinance rezoning 3. 771 acres of land and 1.994 acres of
land in the Rainbow Parke Subdivision front District C -1 (General
Commercial) to District SF -2 -PV (Single Fancily- Standard Lot with
the Palm Valley Zoning Overlay). (First Reading)
Resource: Joe Vining, Planning Director
History: This SF -2 rezoning request represents a change in the developer's original

are identified as part of the Palm Valley District in the Palm Valley Plan,
and, therefore, qualify for the Palm Valley Overlay district zoning. The
development standards contained in the Palm Valley Overlay district seek
to promote the unique characteristics of this area.
