Text of Legislative File CM-2023-015
The Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (BCRUA) is in the process of construction for the Phase 2 Deep
Water Intake project. As part of the raw waterline connection on Trails End Road, the BCRUA has
negotiated property access with Chris Haskins.
The fence owned by Mr. Haskins had to be relocated for the project and this is the second part of that
relocation cost. The original cost was approved in December 2022 for $10,200.
This portion of the negotiated relocation cost is $708.50 and was approved by the BCRUA Operations
Committee.
Cost: $708.50
