KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THIS SUPPIA"MENI'AI, AGREEMENTNO, 1 to "City of Round Rock Agreement for
purchase of Generator Installation, Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services with Austin
Welder and Generator Service. Inc.." called "Supplemental Agreement No. I," is made by and
between the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a home -rule municipality, with offices
located at 221 F.ast Main Street. Round Rock. 'Texas 78664-5299 (referred to herein as the
"City"), and AUSTIN WELDER AND GENERATOR SERVICE, INC'.. whose offices are
located at 2004 Howard Cane, Austin, "Texas 78728 (referred to herein as the "Services
Provider").
WHEREAS, the City and Services Provider previously executed the referenced "City of
Round Rock Agreement for Purchase of Generator Installation. Preventative Maintenance and
Repair Services," hereinafter called the "Agreement" in the amount ol'$278,952.50, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to increase the Costs by $69.738.00 for a new total not -to -
exceed amount of$348.690.50 as set forth herein:
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of' the mutual promises and obligations in the
Agreement and this Supplemental Agreement No, 1, the City and Services Provider agree that
said Agreement is amended and supplemented as fellows:

Section 4.01 of -the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
4.01 COSTS
A. In consideration for the services to be performed by Services Provider. City
agrees to pay Services Provider the amounts set forth in "Attachment A Bid Sheet" of' Exhibit

B. The City shall he authorized to nay the Services Provider an amount not to exceed
Three Hundred Forty -Eight Thousand Six Hundred Ninety and 50/100 Dollars
$348 690.50 for the term orthis Agreement.
H.
]'his Supplemental Agreement No. I shall amend the original Agreement only asset forth
herein with no ether changes in terms or conditions of the original Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Services Provider have executed this
Supplemental Agreement No. I to be effective as or the last date of due execution by both
parties.
