and valuable consideration paid by SCOTT FELDER HOMES,LLC,a"Texas limited liability company,
whose address is 6414 River Place Boulevard,Suite 100,Austin,Texas 78730,the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged,does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of a
Storm Sewer and Drainage Easement recorded as Document No.2021004938 of the Official Public Records
of Williamson County,'I'exas,encumbering the below-described property,to-wit:
Being a 0.0538 acre of land out of the Henry Millard Survey, Abstract No. 452, in
Williamson County,Texas,and being a portion of the remainder of a called 63.814 acre
tract conveyed to Scott Felder Homes,LLC., in Document Number 2020129151,Official
Public Records, Williamson County, Texas; said 0.058 acre tract being more fully
described by metes and bounds and shown by sketch in Exhibit"A,"incorporated herein
by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the portion of the described said easement to the
extent Releasor is Grantee of said easement,which portion of said easement is terminated by abandonment,
termination,vacation,and cessation of purpose,and which easement will be of no further effect, whether
legal or equitable.
