TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a pubic hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of Cty
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on May 3, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the Code of
Ordinances City of Round Rock,Texas, 2018, Part III Zoning and Development Code:
1) Chapter 10, Article I, Sec. 10.2. — Review Procedures, and Article V, Sec. 10-30. - Replat. Regarding public
hearing requirements for replats in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code.
2) Chapter 10, Article IV, Sec. 10 22. — P:anned unit development (PUD). Regarding approval procedures for
major and minor PUD amendments.
