TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock,TX, on May 11, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. by the City Council. Interested
parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Mathias Company, on
behalf of property owner, Verona Finance LLC., for the annexation and original zoning of 71.64 acres of land to
Planned Unit Development (PUD) to be known as Verona Townhomes PUD. The City Council may approve, modify, or
deny this application. Case No. ZON2301-001
