TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on May 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and Zoning
Commission. interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by Hagood Engineering
Associates,on behalf of the property owner, Chandler Creek Parcel J&K LP& Burkes Eagles Nest II, LP,to replat a
portion of lot 5A, Block A, Amending Plat of Replat of Cha ndier Oaks lot 8, and a Replat of Cypress Cove Subdivision
lot 2, and a Final Plat of 2.905 acres of released right of way(Cypress Blvd.), and lot 7 and a portion of lot 6, block A,
Chandler Oaks lot 8,a replat of Cypress Cove Subdivision lot 2, and a final plat of 2.905 acres of released right of way
