R-2023-117 - 4/27/2023 RESOLUTION NO. R-2023-117 WHEREAS, the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation ("TEDCO") adopted a resolution that determined that the 2022 Arterial Street Maintenance Program Project, as described in Exhibit "A," is a "project" that meets the requirements of Sec. 505.152, Texas Local Government Code (the "Code"); and WHEREAS, whereas the City of Round Rock has duly advertised for bids for the construction of the 2022 Arterial Street Maintenance Program Project; and WHEREAS, Cutler Repaving, Inc. has submitted the lowest responsible bid; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of TEDCO approved a resolution accepting the bid of Cutler Repaving, Inc., and authorized the City Council to approve a contract with Cutler Repaving, Inc. to construct the 2022 Arterial Street Maintenance Program Project on behalf of TEDCO, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,TEXAS, That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City a contract with Cutler Repaving, Inc. to construct the 2022 Arterial Street Maintenance Program Project, as a TEDCO approved project pursuant to Sec. 505.152,Texas Local Government Code.
