TB-2023-006 - 4/27/2023 RESOLUTION NO. TB-2023-006 WHEREAS, the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation ("TEDCO") has previously determined that the 2022 Arterial Street Maintenance Program Project is a "project" that meets the requirements of Sec. 501.503, Texas Local Government Code (the "Code"); and WHEREAS, whereas the City of Round Rock ("City") has duly advertised for bids for the construction of the 2022 Arterial Street Maintenance Program Project; and WHEREAS, Cutler Repaving, Inc. has submitted the lowest responsible bid; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors wishes to accept the bid of Cutler Repaving, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors wishes to authorize the City Council to approve a contract with Cutler Repaving, Inc. to construct the Project on behalf of TEDCO, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ROUND ROCK TRANSPORTATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, That the bid of Cutler Repaving, Inc. is hereby accepted and the City is hereby authorized, on behalf of TEDCO, to enter into a contract with Cutler Repaving, Inc. for the construction of the 2022 Arterial Street Maintenance Program Project. The Board of Directors hereby finds and declares that written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of the meeting at which this Resolution was adopted was posted and that such meeting was open to the public as required by law at all times during which this Resolution and the subject matter hereof were discussed, considered and formally acted upon, all as required by the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551,Texas Government Code, as amended. 0112.20232;4886-6166-0766 RESOLVED this 27th day of April, 2023.
