TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a Public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on, the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on June 8, 20,23, at 6:00 p.m. by the City Council, Interested
parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing,
The purpose of the hearing is to consider puiblic testimony regarding proposed amendments to the Code of
Ordinances' City of Round Rock, Texas, 2018, Part III —Zoning and Development Cade:
1) Chapter 10, Article 1, Sec, 1.0-2. — Review Procedures, and Article V, Sec. 10-30. — Replat. Regarding public
hearing requirements for replats, in accordance with the Texas, Local Government Code.
2) Chapter 10, Article IV, Sec. 10-22, — Planned unit development (PUD), Regarding approval procedures for
major and minor PUD amendments.
