The terms of this contract are listed below. Please initial each line and sign below. if terms are not fulfilled on the part of either party, the contract may be voided. DEPOSIT: Please remit a deposit of $1750.00 to Jennifer Powell once you have read and agreed to the terms set forth in the contract. This deposit holds your requested dale deeming JenniP Music booked and unavailable for other performances that may be requested on the same date. Please be advised that DEPOSITS ARE NOW REFUNDABLE. FINAL PAYMENT Full payment should be given to Jennifer Powell in the form of CASH or CASHAPP upon her arrival to the venue. Until contracturalffinancial obligations are met, the contract is voided. If unable to pay by cash or cashapp, a cashier's check is the only other form of payment that will be accepted. EMPLOYEEIBAND: • Venue should be available for sound check at least 1 hour prior to showtime • Seating for JenniP Music & Band should be provided near staging and labeled accordingly. Seating should accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. • There should be a designated area for JenniP Music & Band if needed for changing, health reasons, etc. • If overtime is requested, an additional payment of $100 should be paid for every 45 min of service provided by the band per band member. TRANSPORTATION: The rental of a van or SUV and hitch must be provided for the band and all instruments if venue is not within the Houston city limits. All rental expenses are to be paid upon arrival to the venue if not taken care of by the promoter/company in advance. If the performance is more than 400 miles from Houston, TX, flight arrangements must be made for all band members through JenniP Music and all equipment provided by promoter/ company. �-2 - 0z3 /d,Y SOUND CHECK: Sound check is generally 1-2 hours prior to the event. Please make sure this time has been set aside at least 48 hours before the event and the sound engineer is aware. (Input list will be sent after deposit is received) EQUIPMENTIBACK LINE: JenniP Music may provide sound/lighting equipment at additional cost, otherwise must be provided by the venue/client. SCHEDU_ LAILINE UP: If there is a set schedule to be followed based on the hostlevent, it should be provided in print to JenniP Music as early as possible. All special requests and arrangements should be included with the schedule.
