R-2023-126 - 4/27/2023 RESOLUTION NO. R-2023-126 WHEREAS, the City of Round Rock ("City") desires to replace the waterline on Rawhide Drive and Old West Drive ("Project"); and WHEREAS, Chapter 271, Subchapter F of the Texas Local Government Code allows for local governments to participate in cooperative purchasing programs with other local governments; and WHEREAS, the Interlocal Purchasing System ("TIPS") is a cooperative purchasing program administered by the Region 8 Education Service Center for the purpose of procuring goods and services for its members; and WHEREAS, the City is a member of TIPS; and WHEREAS, No-DigTec,LLC is an approved vendor of TIPS; and WHEREAS, the City now wishes to enter into a "Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor" with No-DigTec, LLC through TIPS Contract No. 20110402, Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK,TEXAS, That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City a "Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor" with No-DigTec,LLC.
