H. RESOLUTIONS:
H.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Joint Election Agreement and Contract
for Election Services with Williamson County for the May 6, 2023 election.

H.2 Consider a resolution suspending for 45 days the effective date proposed by Atmos
Energy-Mid-Texas Division (Atmos-MidTex) in its application filed on or about February 24, 2023
pursuant to section 104.301 of the Texas Utilities Code.
H.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Microsoft Enterprise Enrollment
Contract documents for continued participation in volume licensing.
HA Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Doggett
Freightliner of South Texas, LLC for the purchase of a vacuum truck.
H.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with Patin Construction LLC
for the Chandler Branch and Dry Branch Channel Maintenance Improvements Project.
H.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Thalle Construction
Co., Inc.for the repair of a 24-inch wastewater main at Greenlawn Boulevard and Gattis School
Road.
H.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Consulting Services
Agreement with HOT Inspections, Inc. related to the Barton Hill Composite Elevated Tank and
McNeil Ground Storage Tank Recoating Project.
H.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement with Brushy
Creek Regional Utility Authority regarding water treatment plant superintendent and operator
services.
H.9 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with WHC ATX, LLC d/b/a
'Wrip"for mobility demand response bus services.
H.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate Contract with Robert
Harold Behrens for the purchase of a 0.125 acre parcel required for construction of the proposed
Red Bud South roadway project.
H.11 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Amended and Restated Emergency
Service Organizations Agreement.
H.12 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with US Digital Designs,
Inc.for the purchase of fire station monitoring software.
I. ORDINANCES:
1.1 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 16,Article III,Section 16-52,Code of Ordinances (2018
Edition), regarding animal housing or care facilities. (First Reading)*
1.2 Consider an ordinance removing stop signs at the intersection of Greenlawn Boulevard (north
and southbound) and Dell Driveway. (First Reading)*

ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
