EA Consider public testimony regarding the Community Development Block Grant(CDBG)2021
Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report(CAPER).
F. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted
by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a Council member in
which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately.
F.1 Consider a resolution authorizing payment to Basic IDIQ for repairs to Clay Madsen Recreation
Center necessitated by the March 21, 2022 tornado.
F.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Kronos Incorporated
for the purchase of telestaff scheduling software.
F.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Mac Haik Ford for
the purchase of automotive repair services.

FA Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Lawson Products,
Inc.for the purchase of fleet maintenance repair parts.
G. RESOLUTIONS:
G.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate Contract with Fern Bluff
Municipal Utility District for the purchase of right of way and easement parcels required for
construction of the proposed Wyoming Springs Extension project.
G.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to a Meet and Confer
Agreement between the City of Round Rock and the Round Rock Police Association.
G.3 Consider a resolution approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program for Switch, Ltd.
GA Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Economic Development Program
Agreement with Switch, Ltd.
G.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Round Rock Baseball,
Inc. regarding improvements to the Dell Diamond/United Heritage Center.
G.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Architectural Services
and accompanying Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Michael Schuster Associates, Inc.for the
Dell Diamond Renovations Project.
G.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Engineering Services Contract with 2P
Consultants, LLC for the Dell Diamond Renovations Proiect.
G.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Doggett
Freightliner of South Texas, LLC for the purchase of a hot patch truck.
G.9 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to City
of Round Rock Agreement for Purchase of Vehicles with Lake Country Chevrolet.
G.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to City
of Round Rock Agreement for Janitorial Services with Pritchard Industries Southwest, LLC f/k/a
PBS of Texas, LLC.
