H. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted
by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a Council member in
which event,the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered separately.
H.1 Consider approval of the minutes for the April 27,2023 City Council meeting.
H.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Brenntag Southwest,
Inc.for the purchase of pool treatment chemicals.
H.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Motorola
Solutions, Inc.for police communication radios.
H.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Austin Structured
Cabling, LLC for installation of network and fiber optic cabling for Fire Station No. 1
H.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the City of
Georgetown for use of the City of Round Rock's public rights-of-way for the distribution of
electrical power.
H.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with White Cap, LP for the
purchase of facility maintenance, repair,and operation supplies and services.
H.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental No. 3 to "City of Round
Rock Agreement for Provision of Repair and Maintenance Parts and Services for Water Lines and
Wastewater Lines from Ferguson Enterprises. Inc"
H.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with BenMark Supply
Company, Inc.for the purchase of waterworks, plumbing materials.
H.9 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Striking Precision
Welding&Fabrication for the purchase of waterworks, plumbing materials.
H.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with ACT Pipe &Supply,
Inc.for the purchase of waterworks, plumbing materials.
I. RESOLUTIONS:
1.1 Consider a resolution approving the City of Round Rock Facade and Site Improvement Grant
Program as a Chapter 380 Economic Development Program.
1.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to approve a Facade and Site Improvement Program
Grant Agreement with R.C. Center, L.P.
1.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to approve a Facade and Site Improvement Program
Grant Agreement with Renaissance Shopping Center, L.P.
1.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Consulting Services
Agreement with Grantworks, Inc.for administration services for American Rescue Plan Act
programs.
1.5 Consider a resolution accepting the City's Quarterly Financial and Investment Report for the
quarter ended March 31, 2023.
