H. RESOLUTIONS:
H.1 Consider a resolution suspending for 45 days the effective date proposed by Atmos Energy
Corporation- MiclTex Division in its application filed on or about February 25, 2022 pursuant to
section 104.301 of the Gas Utility Regulatory Act.
H.2 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Austin Wood Recycling
for the Storm Damage 2022 brush grinding.
H.3 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Musco Sports
Lighting for the purchase of replacement poles and lighting at the Clay Madsen Recreation
Center.
H.4 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the First Amendment to Operating Lease
Agreement with KR CC, Inc.
H.5 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the Third Amendment to the Ground
Lease Agreement with KR CC, Inc.
H.6 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with
K Friese+Associates for the 135&SH 45 Frontage Road Turn Lanes Project.
H.7 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.
1 with J.D. Abrams, LP for the Kenney Fort Boulevard Segments 2 & 3 Project.
H.8 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No.
8 with DeNucci Constructors LLC for the University Boulevard Widening- IH 35 to Sunrise Road
Project.
H.9 Consider a public hearing and a resolution determining and making certain findings and
approvals required by Chapter 26 of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code regarding the proposed
Wyoming Springs Drive Segment 1 project.
H.10 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Pass-Through
Wastewater Service with Siena Municipal Utility District No. 1 and CR 110 RE Investment LLC.
H.11 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Out-of-City Wastewater Service
Agreement with CR 110 RE Investment, LLC for property located at 8801 CR 110, Round Rock,
Texas.
H.12 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Chameleon
Industries, Inc.for the purchase of water treatment chemicals.
H.13 Consider a resolution approving a revised debt service payment schedule to the Third
Amendment to the Wastewater Service Agreement with Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District.
H.14 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a purchase order to SPX Flow Inc.for
the purchase of Lightnin flocculators for the water treatment plant.
H.15 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Consulting Services
Agreement with JBS Water, Inc. for water distribution and meter management audit services.

H.16 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Chasco Constructors to
perform emergency repairs to the Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater System wastewater

1.1 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance approving an amendment to the
Comprehensive Plan 2030 to modify the Future Land Use Map to allow residential development
on 8.49 acres located north of FM 1431 and east of Stone Oak Drive. (First Reading)*
1.2 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance rezoning 8.49 acres located north of FM
1431 and east of Stone Oak Drive from the C-1(General Commercial) zoning district to the TH
(Townhouse) zoning district. (First Reading)*
1.3 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance rezoning 39.71 acres located north of
Louis Henna Boulevard and east of S.A.W. Grimes Boulevard from the C-1 (General Commercial)
zoning district to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) No. 137 zoning district. (First Reading)*
J. COUNCIL COMMENTS REGARDING ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST
K. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
K.1 Consider Executive Session as authorized by§551.072 Government Code, related to the
purchase, sale,and/or value of real property located adjacent to Forest Creek Golf Club.
L. ACTION RELATIVE TO EXECUTIVE SESSION:
L.1 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate Sales Contract with
Crossley Properties for 9.85 acres.
M. ADJOURNMENT
*Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of this
ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock reserves
the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the
