Negotiations have been occurring with property owners for the necessary easements for these improvements. This Easement Purchase Agreement with John and Charlee Lane is for the acquisition of Parcel No. 093 (as shown in the attachment) for a 0.115 acre electric utility easement. This parcel is located along Nameless Road which will be the route for the new electrical utility improvements. . The negotiated purchase price for $20,552.07 has been approved by the BCRUA Operations Committee and the proposal purchase agreement has been recommended for approval by the BCRUA General Manager.
