Consider executing a First Amendment to the Community Development Block Grant 2022 Agreement with
Round Rock Area Serving Center. This amendment will allow the addition of McLane Hunger Solutions as a
vendor where the Round Rock Area Serving Center can purchase food to stock their food pantry. Currently
the Sub -recipient agreement only lists the Central Texas Food Pantry as a vendor. The Round Rock Area
Serving Center has requested we amend the agreement to include McLane Hunger Solutions so they may
continue to provide food to indigent, low-income, homeless, and transient people. The Round Rock Area
Serving Center Food Pantry Program Agreement was approved by city manager on December 2, 2022 by
CM-2022-292.
