TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chamber, located on the first floor of City
Hall, 222 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock' TX, on July 13' 2023' at 6:00 p.m. by the City Council. Interested
parties may appear and beheard atthe public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed by naverda Real Estate'
on behalf of property owners, Ravi Kafley and Suvasb Kafley, to amend the Round Rock 2030 Comprehensive Plan to
designate for mixed land use and to rezone 0.91 acres of land from SF-2 (Single-Family Standard Lot) to the MU-R
(Mixed-Use Redevelopment and Small Lot) district. The City Council may approve' modify, or deny this application.
