KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas ("Releasor"), with mailing address of 221 East Main Street, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and Noll00 Dollars (S 10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by TOMAS MARTINEZ, whose address is 1408 Windcrest Drive, Round
Rock, Texas 78664, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON,
RELEASE and DISCHARGE a portion of the 24 foot Road Easement recorded in Cabinet B, Slides 90, of
the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, encumbering the below -described property, to -
wit:
Being a 2,401 square fool Road Easement, being a portion of Lot 61, Southern Terrace,
Revised, a plat of subdivision recorded in Cabinet B, Slide 90, of the Official Public
Records of Williamson County, Texas; said 2,401 square foot Road Easement being more
fully described by Metes and Bounds and sketch attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and
incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said portion of the easement to the
extent Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which easement is partially terminated by abandonment,
termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which portion of said easement will be of no further
effect, whether legal or equitable.
IN WITNESWEREOF, the City of Round Rock, Texas has caused this instrument to be
executed on this the day of the month of , 2023.

This is a release of an existing City road easement that was previously recorded to allow future City road
expansion. The current owner of the lot is now wanting to partially release this said portion of land. The
easement being released will not be needed for future use per the Transportation Department. The City
Transportation Department is agreeable to this partial release.
