Abstract No. 609, Williamson County, Texas, being a portion of Lot 1, Block A of
Dupont Subdivision, a legal subdivision according to the plat of record in Document No.
1997006153 of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, same being a
portion of a 1.059 acre Waterline Easement Recorded dedicated to the City of Round
Rock, Texas as shown under Document No. 9823721 of the Official Records of
Williamson County, Texas; said 0.956 acre tract being more fully described by metes and
bounds and shown by sketch in Exhibit "A," incorporated herein by reference for all
purposes.
This instrument is given specifically to release the portion of the described said easement to the
extent Releasor is Grantee of said easement, which portion of said easement is terminated by abandonment,
termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which easement will be of no further effect, whether
legal or equitable.

This is a partial release of an existing City waterline easement. The physical utility that occupied the
easement area being released was abandoned as part of site development and easement area will no
longer be occupied by City utility infrastructure. A new easement that corresponds to the new utility
alignment has been recorded which now allows for this partial release to occur. The City Utilities Director is
agreeable to this release.
