Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 Last Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on September 6, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. by the Planning and
Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing,
The purpose of the hearing Is to consider public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the Code of
ordinances City of Round Rock,Texas, 2018, Part III—Zoning and Development Code:
1) Chapter 4, Article I, Sec. 4 9. — Permit Issuance. Regarding plat exemptions for certain single-family building
permits.
2) Chapter 2, Article Vi II, Sec. 2-91—Supplementary Use Standards. Regarding location requirements for tattoo
parlors.
