TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City
Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on September 14, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. by the City Council.
Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request filed on behalf of City of Round
Rock, Texas for the annexation of 6.52 acres of Right of Way. The City Council may approve, modify, or deny this
application. Case No. AN23-000002
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 6.52 acres, more or less, out of the G. Keith Survey,Abstract No. 370.
